PROGRAM DETAILS
KINDERGARTEN CARE
Our Kindergarten Care program is specifically designed for Kindergarten students who need additional care during their non-school hours. Whether it’s for a half-day, every other day, or during non-statutory weekdays, we’ve got you covered.
- Transportation: Provided to and from Centennial, MacNeill, St. Angela Merci, Plainsview, and St. Nicholas schools.
- Operating Hours: Drop off as early as 7:00 am and pick up as late as 6:00 pm.
- Meals: Healthy lunch and snacks provided when on site.
- Availability: Open every weekday except Saskatchewan statutory holidays, running throughout the calendar year.
PRESCHOOL CARE
Our Preschool program is tailored for children aged 3 to 5 years, focusing on individual learning styles and fostering a love for exploration and creativity. We believe in embracing each child’s uniqueness to help them grow and learn joyfully.
- Operating Hours: Drop off as early as 7:00 am and pick up as late as 6:00 pm.
- Availability: Open every weekday except Saskatchewan statutory holidays, running throughout the calendar year.
TODDLER CARE
Our Toddler Care program is designed to support the development of children aged 18 months to 3 years. The program offers a variety of activities that encourage language development, music, movement, art, and fine/gross motor skills, all within a safe and nurturing environment.
- Operating Hours: Drop off as early as 7:00 am and pick up as late as 6:00 pm.
- Meals: Healthy lunch and snacks provided.
- Availability: Open every weekday except Saskatchewan statutory holidays.

PARENT INFO
We provide daily lunches and healthy snacks, including fruit, vegetables, cheese, and crackers. Parents are asked to provide a labeled water bottle in a lunch kit, making it easier for the little ones to transport.
SCHOLASTIC BOOK CLUB
Our Early Learning Centre participates in the Scholastic Book Clubs Elf & SeeSaw, offering families a great way to build a home library with engaging books that foster a love for reading. Every month, you’ll receive an order form, and all purchases help earn credits for the daycare to obtain new books and materials.


OUR STAFF
Our team of dedicated professionals undergoes extensive training to ensure the highest quality of care. All staff members are CPR/First Aid certified and required to submit a current Criminal Record Check, giving you peace of mind that your child is in safe and capable hands.

- Join Our Waitlist: We are always accepting applications to be placed on our waitlist. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis as they become available. To join the waitlist, please sign in to our registration portal and complete the application process.
- Select Your Preferred Location: We have two convenient locations to serve you:
- Maple Campus: 7451 Mapleford Blvd, Northwest Regina
- Hickory Campus: 1575 West Market Street, Westerra Neighborhood
- Complete the Registration Form: After your application is accepted, you will be required to complete a detailed registration form. This form
will include important information about your child’s needs, preferences, and any special considerations. - Follow the Registration Checklist: To ensure a smooth registration process, please refer to our Registration Checklist. This checklist will
guide you through each step,from submitting required documents to confirming your child’s spot. - Payment: You will be notified when a spot becomes available for your child. At that time, you will need to submit the required fees to secure your child’s enrollment. Details about fees will be provided during the registration process.

What are the hours of operation for the Early Learning Centre?
Our Early Learning Centre operates Monday through Friday, with drop-off starting as early as 7:00 am and pick-up available until 6:00 pm. We are closed on all Saskatchewan statutory holidays.
What should I pack for my child each day?
Please provide a labeled water bottle in a lunch kit for your child. We take care of the rest, including a healthy lunch and snacks.It’s also a good idea to pack an Extra change of clothing in case of spills or accidents.
Is transportation provided for
Kindergarten Care?
Yes, transportation is provided to and from the following schools: Centennial, MacNeill, St. Angela Merci, Plainsview, and St. Nicholas. Our goal is to make the transition between school and our care as seamless as possible for your child.
How does the Early Learning Centre handle food allergies?
We do our best to accommodate children with food allergies.If your child has any specific dietary needs, please inform us during registration so we can make appropriate arrangements to ensure their safety.
What is the Scholastic Book Club, and how does it benefit my child?

What is the procedure if my child becomes ill while at the centre?
If your child becomes ill while at the centre, we will contact you immediately to arrange for them to be picked up. For the health and safety of all children, we ask that you keep your child home if they are showing any symptoms of illness.
How do I register my child for the Early Learning Centre?
You can register your child by joining our waitlist through our registration portal. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a spot becomes available, we will contact you to complete the registration process.
