Program Aides seek to help to ensure a safe, welcoming and fun environment for all children. Crafts, games, kids clubs and theme days are all part of the B&A experience! Shifts take place Monday through Friday with the before school care shift from 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM and the after school shift from 2:45 PM – 6:00 PM.
Successful candidates will be passionate about providing excellent child care and working in a team setting. Key attributes for Program Aides include the ability to be teachable, self-motivated, committed and creative. A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a team setting are a must.
Upon hiring, the candidate must supply a clear Police Record Check including Vulnerable Sector. Experience in child care, ECE education, CPR/First Aid training and Food Safe Certificate are all considered assets.
