
A SUMMER PROGRAM FOR YOUR CHILD TO STAY ACTIVE AND ENGAGED
Park Play’s Summer Camps 2024 are designed to offer children in Kindergarten through Grade 8 an exciting and enriching summer experience. Running from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, our camps combine structured learning with plenty of time for unstructured play, giving your child the perfect balance offun and education.
CAMP THEMES
Each week features a unique theme, ensuring that no two weeks are the same:
July 2 – 5: Welcome to the World of Water!
Dive into summer with water-themed activities, including creative water balloon art, spray pad fun, and soaking sponge battles.
July 8 – 12: STEM
Ignite your child’s curiosity with hands-on science, technology, engineering, and math activities, including building projects and experiments.
July 15 – 19: Animal Planet!
Explore the animal kingdom with activities like making bird feeders, visiting a local farm, and learning about reptiles.
July 22 – 26: Wizard School!
Step into the magical world of Harry Potter with house sorting, wand-making, and an enchanting escape room.
July 29 – Aug 2: Olympics
Compete in friendly Olympic games,
including tug of war, water balloon volleyball, and more, earning medals for participation.
Aug 6 – 9: Culinary Kids
Get hands-on in the kitchen with baking, food art, and preparing a lunch for the camp, all while wearing your chef’s hat.
Aug 12 – 16: Superhero
Embrace your inner superhero with mask making, a Kryptonite balloon fight, and a week full of action-packed fun.
Aug 19 – 23: Artful Antics
Unleash your creativity with painting,
photography adventures, and a relaxing
picnic in Wascana Park.
Aug 26 – 30: Wild West
Experience the Wild West with leather
crafting, Gold Rush games, and a trip to a localfarm to learn about rural life.

LUNCH, SNACKS, AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We provide a nutritious breakfast and afternoon snack each day. To ensure a safe environment for all campers, we ask that no nut products be sent to camp. Please pack a nutritious lunch for your child each day. To prevent the loss of personal items, we ask that children do not bring toys, sports/Pokémon cards, electronics, or valuable items to camp.


OUR STAFF
Our experienced staff undergo extensive training and are certified in CPR and First Aid. Each staff member also submits a current Criminal Record Check, ensuring your child’s safety and well-being throughout their time at camp.

Location
All camps are hosted at our Evergreen Campus, located at 6839 Rochdale Blvd. This facility features dedicated areas for play, crafts, and quiet activities, ensuring a comfortable and engaging environment for all campers. The site is conveniently close to Centennial School and the Northwest Leisure Centre, providing easy access to outdoor activities and spray pad fun.
REGISTRATION DETAILS
Thank you for your interest in Park Play’s Summer Camps 2024! While we are fully booked for this summer, we’re excited to provide you with details on how you can register your child for our camps next year
- Choose Your Weeks: When registration opens, you can select from the various themed weeks available. Each week offers unique activities and experiences tailored to different interests.
- Create an Account: If you’re new to Park Play, start by creating an account on our registration platform. This account will store essential information about your child, making the registration process smoother.
- Complete the Registration Form: Once your account is set up, you can fill out the registration form for the specific weeks you’re interested in. Be sure to include any important details, such as dietary restrictions or special needs.
- Payment: During the registration process, you will be required to make a payment to secure your child’s spot. We offer the option to register for individual weeks or the entire summer. Payment options include:
- 4-Day Weeks: $250 (weeks ofJuly 2-5 and Aug 6-9)
- 5-Day Weeks: $305
- All 9 Weeks (One Payment): $2000 (a savings of $635)
- Confirmation: After completing the registration and payment process, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will contain important details about your child’s camp week(s), including drop and pick-up times, what to bring, and any additional information.
- Prepare for Camp: As the camp dates approach, you will receive additional information to help you and your child prepare for their
time at camp. This includes a checklist of what to bring, camp rules, and any special instructions.

What if my child requires a special diet?
We do our best to accommodate children with various allergies.If your child has specific food allergies or dietary needs, please provide their breakfast and snacks. Be sure to inform us when registering your child so we can work together to meet their needs.
If I change my mind or my child decides not to come, is my fee refundable?
Registration and Before and After Care fees are non-refundable. However, for all other programs like Day Camp and Summer Camp, we offer a refund minus a 25% administration fee if you notify us in writing at info@parkplay.ca at least two weeks prior to the program start date.
